Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
we are three brothers owning a small coffee estate near kerala. left to us by our father's will. The property remains undivided and is common. Two of my brothers sold their portion (undivided yet) without my knowledge as I remain outside India.. Is it legal? What is the action that I tan take?

sale is illegal as per the judgment of Supreme court of India. The possession of the property could not have been delivered unless the property was partitioned amongst the brothers who were coowners.
