Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
in our builder floor there are total 7 flates. one of our neighbour is now creating such a problem on our comman passage. we dry our clothes in comman passage ,is this legal or not. if it is legal then what we have to do to remove this extra tension of our neighour. always she try to make tension on this problem. she made a police complain for this. accept that lady no one have any problem ,so what we have to do for this problem.

Please go through the object clauses inserted while building those flates, and which regards to the easement clauses insertions will be there accord to Indian Easement Act 1882 , usually you cannot use any common passages made for other purposes not specified in object clause.
