Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

I have built a house in my mother's plot 4 years back that time i was in abroad , since i told my parents to live there they did invite my elder sister, she is staying with her kids and her husband (i have 4 sisters together) right now my mom is willing to give the house to my elder sister , my sister has been here for around 4 years now they have told the neighbors the property is belong to them. nobody knows us , they don't have the regular income ,my father is retired 4 years back and the house does not have loan on it. I have a only evidence is i did send my money through wire transfer i did give a bank check my father withdraw the money from the bank, that's all i have right now i need the house how can i claim the property in my name? is that possible?( i heard that since the property is in my mom's name that will goes to my sister's directly.)
