Dear Lakshmi, Through an advocate Immediately Issue a legal notice to your tenant asking the tenant to vacate the premises & to pay to you the rents due within a period of 15 days and follow it up by filing a suit for eviction of the tenant in the Rent Court on grounds that you need the premises for your personal use and also as a defaultor of rents due to you. thks shantarao associates Safdarjung Enclave 09920563943, 011 26173648
