in which case of will probate is necessary?
my father made a will which was not registered,and my mother made a will which was registered.my brother has challenged both the wills.does probate require?recently collector ha s orderd and has mentioned that probate is not required in all cases .i wantto know in which case probate is required.
Also in my father's unregistered will one sakshi has expired and other is in abroad.so what can be done to
prove the will.
