Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
hi,
This is chiranjeevi my Grand father (My father's father) got a land of two acres, which was gifted to my grand father by english men and aftersome years, my grand pa sold the gifted land. My question is that, can we sell the gifted land to anybody else?

Yes . Once the gift is complete the Donee becomes the owner of the land and then the Donee can do whatever with the property.
