under What circumstances can a literate person knowing how to sign can put his thumb impression.does it requires any extra clause to be added.is it compulsary for seller to sign on all sheets of registration paper or sale deed .otherwise wil it be proved invalid

If he is unable sign due to some genuine problem, he may not sign but put a thump impression.
Registrar will demand the party executing the document to initial each page.
