Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

My civil case concerning my property is going on in dindoshi court mumbai since 2006. The suit filed by the opposite party does not come in jurisdiction of that court. What steps can I take to have the case disposed off by this court on the grounds of wrong jurisdiction? Thanks

File an appropriate application through your lawyer and state before bthe court the point of jurisdiction and court may dismiss the case. The point of jurisdiction is an important aspect and it could be raise at the beginning of the case and court can not ignore the plea.

Ask the wrong 'locus standi' court, that this will be sub-resjudicata with different, unwanted jurisdiciton, hence ask for dismiss of the said case.
