Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

whenever in civil court cases we submit our reply to the allegations,then what court do with these replies.is opponent lawyer takes away that reply or judge keep it with himself to examine the case.thanks

In any civil case, any document including the reply - WS to the plaint, they become the court record. No one can take it away. A copy of what one files in the court is to be given to the opposite side.

the reply is read in defense of the defendant and the original copy is filed in the court file and copy is given to opposite party.
