civil judge senior div. court gives order in favor of plaintiff for his share in property. can you send me caveat format so that high court Issue notice to me in the event of any suit/petition/application made by the respondent or any other who bought the suit property from the respondent seeking any injunction/attachment/relief in the nature of ex partee orders etc.

You may instruct your counsel to file caveat in terms of C.P.C.
Dear Sir,
During the pendente lite (pendency of suit), when your opponent sought the injunction with respect to that particular matter of subject suit, then you can apply caveat thro' your district court. But only once you can avail the caveat during the pendency of suit restraining the said injuncion, not all the time, Ok ? I hope this convey you, is this ?
