Hindu Succession (Amendment)Act sec: 6 (i) says:
Property alienatioted before 20.12.2005 cannot be invalidated by virtue the amendment. If so how can a daughter can file a partition suit claiming a share in the property alienated prior to the above said date. please clarify.
