In Civil Procedure Code can judge go against his own interim order, while his interim order is standing?

yes, the interim order can be revoked/vacated/modified by the same judge or the appellate authority.

Interim order is not a final/absolute order passed by the same judge so therefore judge can change ,modify, vacate order.
