Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
A civil suit is pending city civil court in respect of two galas. The court has passed ad interim order that the person should not be dispossesed from the premises. That person has given the galas on rent. Please tell me what can we do to prevent him from giving the galas for rent.

no third party interest canbe created in case there is a litigation pending. sec. 52 of transfer of property act comes into play.
