Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
In a civil suit A plentif has a lawyer and he also apoint a power of atorny.The POA doing argument and examine the witnes instant of lawyer.I object that POA can not argu the case but court says that show the law with latest citation .Pl. reply . The poa is a father of plentif and he say that he know the case thourly .Idnt want that poa argu so please send ruling so court can restrict poa to argu in the court DR.J.K.SONI
