any civil suit is posted for judgment in there any provision to re open the evidence

an application can be moved for leading more evidence in case the evidence that is to be lead was a result of subsequent events and was not within the knowledge of the party when the opportunity to lead evidence was given to him. in case the applicatin is dismissed, one can file a petition in the high court.
