Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
if a conditional gift of land to a TRUST registered in 1993 to use the land for public purpose such as hospital. community hall etc in memory of late father of donor is revoked for non compliance of the condtion under sec.126 of T.P.ACT, whether sec 92 of CPC is attracted to get an injunction order to prohibit alienation of property to third party or use the property other than the purpose for which it is donated free of cost

yes as it is a public trust you are required to comply with requirements of sec 92 CPC.
