Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Contractual requirement
A contract clause says ''Loading / Unloading charges payable is $50 per Metric Ton''. Does it mean $50 for both loading and unloading i.e. $25 for loading and $25 for unloading or else $50 for each operation of loading or $50 for each operation of unloading ?
