Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
conveyance
two buildings (one with 1bhk flats and other with 2 bhk flats) have been built on a single plot of land by one builder. Before conveyance could be executed, the buildings got registered into 2 seperate societies as per the Maharashtra Co-Op.Societies Act, 1960. How will the single plot of land be divided between the 2 buildings. Will it be as per the FSI of each building? Will the 2 buildings get equal shares in the said plot of land? please also provide the relevant provisions of law while replying to this query.
