Sir, can any body from society plant at tree without permission of society , now that tree is making nusiance to us as it had obstructed sun light and vision of our balcony and also tree is very near to building

You can request the local authority to cut the tree to the extent of it causing inconvinience to you. Please do not do it yourself.

You have every right to cut the tree if it is obstructing or hindering you from the sunlioght,air,etc.
