Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My counsin's son working in a reputed insurance company for a monthly salary of Rs.16,000/- as development officer, was murdered while in course of employment on 26-11-2006. Can we file a civil suit for damages? If yes, for howmuch?

you can seek compensation under workmen's compensation act as the suit for damages is not maintainable.
