Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
is the possible if court fix next date for hearing after filing order 7 rule 11 application and re-filing order 7 rule 11 application in court for pr-pone next already by court previous fix hearing date by advocate. if yes then how all party related with suit matter call by court or applicant of order 7 rule 11 application?

Normally, when ever an application is court, copy of such application is served by one side advocate to other side advocate, and an endorsement of the same is taken in original copy, without that court do not accept such application. So that is deemed service of notice on respected parties.
