Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Before charity commissioner processding, a reporting trustees names were added by order, but such amendment was carred forward after 500 days and allowed with cost. This carried forward was allowed at the stage of final argument. Now question is whether the deposed reporting trustees evidence is admisiable in the eye of law. ?

Yes, if the impeading a reporting trustee would matter in respect of evidence given then you may consider giving further evidence to the extent of such change.
