After petiition u/o1 r10 is allowed can consolidated plaint be filed directly or, a pettition u/o6 r17 is required to be filed for describing the role of the impleading parties prior to the filing of consolidated plaint?

The application u/O 1 R 10 should have been accompanied by an amended petition. You may now file the amended petition along with an application u/o 6 Rule 17 explaining necessity of the amendments being made.
