Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
We want to know that any custom is available according to under sectin 29 (2) of hindu marriege Act 1955 in Jat community in the area of Delhi by which the panchayat can dissolution of a marriege? Any custom who permit or allow the dissolution of marriege by panchayat in Area of Delhi in Jat community?
