Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My dad was taken a flat cost 140000 from his friend in year 2003 and only made sale agreement not registered the property because of money problem and in year 2011 he was died and now we want to register that flat to my mummy's name

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your flat is located in a registered co-operative housing society, please complete the formalities of the Society, before proceeding to the office of the Dy Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in Netaji Nagar, Thane to register the flat in your mother's name.
