Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

please refer to your below cited reply-

Beware ... this maniac from "Dera" is in his own "Dhun" and I seriously doubt his sanity ... he first writes that the tenant never paid him any rent since the past 24 years ... now he changes tack to say that the tenant paid him only Rs. 30/- per month ... and it took this person 24 years to realize that he is being made a fool of.

In this connection I am to say that he got this tenant ship from his late father and his father was paying Rs.30 to my father.

This shop have been transferred to me after my father's death, and my family distribution have just completed in December 2012.

I strongly oppose your comments about me that "he(I) is being made a fool of " as I dont have such motto. I really need some valuable advice in this matter.

I request you, please dont give any advice in my case.
