Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Dear Mr. Chavan,
Good afternoon. Thank you very much concerning about my case. As I wrote earlier that he was tenant of Rs.30/-per month basis and he is occupying 13.5X47 feet shop space. If I increase 10% per month that will also not near about current market rental value. As I was senior private secretary to senior IAS Officer, equivalent to Chief Secretary in the state government, so I can run a institute of secretarial practice, and Lok sabha/ reporter coaching classes very well. My son is still unemployed, and my daughter studying in B.com part-II, so I need either money for their settlement and or run any business for my family need.
