Dear Madam,

The Gift Deed done by your father in the name of the grandchildren supercedes what he has committed to you on the stamp paper agreement. Since the Tahsildar record and the Passbook already show that the land is transferred in the name of the grandchildren, unless your father chooses to reverse the position, there is nothing that can be done by you to get the land in your name.
