Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Dear Sir, if the court order status quo and we already apply and on line sanction building plan before that order but fee deposit demand by concern authority after order . my question is can we deposit demand fee and receive building sanction plan and also we also sold the property to other person is it possible they start construction on suit property because they are not as party in suit property.

you may move an application before the court concerned that ordered status quo and seek permission for deposit of fee. the other party will not be permitted to raise construction because of status quo even if the other party is not arrayed as defendant.

If, property was already sold to someone before the status quo order, please ask for your realise as the party to the case and implement the other person as active party.
