Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Dear Sir, i had already engage an advocate for my civil and criminal suit on lump-sum basis and he had received full and final payments from me but now he could neither perform nor refuse for give me services regarding the above said suit , i am affraid for his attitude with me , please guide me what can i do for this person and how i difand my suit without his intrest and how i appoint to another advocate for my suit because he break my trust for payment and other advocate demand for payment in advance then what is guranty that they are take intrest in my suit after reciving the payments,
