Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Dear sir, i have one problem in respect of appeal against order and judgment passed under order 9,rule13 of code of civil procedure,1908.Now i would like to do an appeal against the order passed under order 9,rule13 of c.p.c.My question is where an appeal ordinary would lie against this order or the order and judgment passed under order 9,rule 13 is appealable?

you may need to file a petition in the high court under article 227 of constitution of india to challenge the order.
