Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
dear sir, one property planing for purchase by me and property is lease hold from L&DO and lessee was died and leave behind two legal heir but one legal heir was missing from 8 year ago and his wife and second legal heir file complaint in police station before 7.5 year but he was not find or come in back home and the missing legal heir was not leave behind any legal heir without his only wife now question was that how we make his wife as a right full legal heir for transferring mutation in them name and converting the lease hold to free hold , what is legal method without challenging by any family member of missing legal heir's wife parental relative in future or missing person if come out after sold the property to us by both legal heir / legal heir's wife on the ground of document's approved by court, thank you

A person missing for more than 7 years is declared dead. try convincing the other party to obtain a death certificate for the missing person..
