Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
dear sir, i purchased free hold property on the behalf of registered will based mutated and freehold from l&do through sale deed and seller file wrong affidavit regarding the total member of legal heir's and misrepresent and concealed right fact from l&do , other legal heir's are file partition suit against seller and make us party, and also our advocate file 7&11 because we sold out of property entire first floor and entire second floor through sale deed and entire ground floor and entire third floor through bayana agreement to sell and also my advocate file criminal complaint in p.s. and file 156(3) in court against seller , and also advocate waiting for w.s.for claiming damage suit file in court but i am worried about my sale deed shall not effected in case of criminal suit and damage suit file by us or we take right decion get me your advice.
