Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Dear sir i mean to say that i had purchased free hold property and sold to second party, the second party harass to me for pay interest on earnest money and give warning for suit file in court but i had not give in oral and writing for pay interest on earnest and along with in agreement second party fraudulently write clause no.2 as mention below but clause no 1 and other paragraph of agreement to sell are same spirit language of no. 1 clause , so, my question is now my property after sold to second party is under court order status quo , then what kind of action taken by me on this stage?
1. first party shall be execute sale deed & handed over possession after receiving full and final payment
2. first party will be bound for execute the sale deed in favor of second party after receiving earnest money and balance payment shall be pay at the time of possession hand over.
