dear sir, if the seller sold the property on the basis of concealed all legal heir name in affidavit's in L&DO with the registered will in them favor but without show other legal heir name in affidvit and without taking NOC and get mutation transfer in them name on behalf of concealed affidavit and death certificate of deceased and get free hold and sold us , IS? the seller come in criteria of cheating offence with us if yes then what is wrong effect done on my sale deed because we purchased through sale deed from them and what type of action taken by me against the seller witch action doesnot harm full for me or my properrty in future. Thank you

Yes the seller has committed a crime u/s 420 and 405,406 of IPC.
