Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Dear sir, i want to know : i am currently working as a consultant. if tomorrow i come on payroll of a company and work for eg. 5 years continously and thereafter, i want to practice, should i have to give any exam to get my sanad back.? my sanad is of 2002. do reply. thanx

No, you will have to submit affidavit to local Bar Council stating that you are no where and no more employed
