dear sir,
i was wrongfully terminated by the company recently without any cause though they have been harrassing me for one year now to force me to quit on my own.
i have e mail communications with my boss who has made false allegations against me on my performance and team management and when i replied back on all points and asking her some questions she digressed and went to another bunch of allegations and then another, thus never really replying to my points at all.
also i complained to our global office but they came back saying that my claims were untrue even when i had fwded them all the mail communication on harrassment and discrimination.
pls let me know what i should do.

in case the termination is as per the agreement of employment, there is little you can do except filing a suit for recovery of your dues.
