Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Dear Sirs, kindly asdvise as to whether there is a time limit for filing a succession certificate, in a property matter.
Also, if the court appoints a court receiver, does he get the flat vacated of an occupant, who is not an heir and has no legal right whatsoever?
Your early response will be appreciated.
Thank you,
jude dsouza
