Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

dear sir,

some gundas taken a "Agreement with possession as a gift" for my portion of the property.I not registered. The heading of the document is like above said. But inside they written all the matter like gift deed.They have made this in 2rupee stamp paper.Even not stamped at that time.I have the xerox copy. How to cancell this document? is it possible to stop their construction?

Dear Sir,

Indian Contract Act 1872 clearly says no agreement binds contrary to the requisites of contract agreement, here in your case their's no free consent from you with respect to gift, and this shall also become personation under penal act of India. Hence give complaint to the Inspector - in - General of Registrar with regards to such a fraudulent act done by the said sub-registrar, or else file a civil suit for cancelling of fraud registration in your jurisdiction of court of law, asking compensation, legal expenses, and cancellation of such one. Bring this to the knowledge of the municipal authority by giving them notice to cancell the NOC issued by them, or else bring injunction from the court of law. Please have the lawyer to do so ? OK ?
