Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your valuable advice. My tenant was paying only 30(Thirty Rupees) per month rent. Still do you recommend to continue this deal. Sorry to say I think this will be foolishness to continue this less then charity amount Rs.30 per month for this shop.

after accepting his backlog rent can I file a case for eviction as my son and daughter is studying in colleges. I need to fulfill their study/career needs by doing some business in this shop.

For the attention of all attorneys on this panel :

Beware ... this maniac from "Dera" is in his own "Dhun" and I seriously doubt his sanity ... he first writes that the tenant never paid him any rent since the past 24 years ... now he changes tack to say that the tenant paid him only Rs. 30/- per month ... and it took this person 24 years to realize that he is being made a fool of.
