Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
dear sir,
the agricultural land around 50 acres in karnataka belonged to my fore fathers and then by succession came to my grandfather's sisters..they are spinsters and r isueless...during the yr 1965 the agricultural lands were transferred to their name by succession and my grandfather and his brother also had signed .my father who was a major then did not sign the papers to transfer it to their name .since these properties are ancestral properties can my father now claim a share in those properties...
doesnt adverse position affect us in this case
doesnt the limitation act hold good for them?
