Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I am in defence force (military) in India. I am facing legal proceedings in the case of bounced cheques. Though, I have given enough evidence that the chjeque qwas lost and has been forghed by some unscrupulous elements. Still case under Section - 138 has been reegistered. I have not got any summons and the NBW has been issued against me. Please advise what should be my course of action. In what way should I inform the military authorities about this case.

u advised to hire a lawyer immediately and get he NBWs cancelled.
