Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I am in defence force (military) in India. I am facing legal proceedings in the case of bounced cheques. Though, I have given enough evidence that the chjeque qwas lost and has been forghed by some unscrupulous elements. Still case under Section - 138 has been reegistered. I have not got any summons and the NNBW has been issued against me. Please advise what should be my course of action. In what way should I inform the military authorities about this case.

you need to hire a lawyer immediately and he would file an application for cancellation of NBWs issued against you. then you need to seek the bail as it is a bailable offence. in case you are posted at some distant place, your appearance can be exempted as per law.
