Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i am in delhi and need to file a case on behalf of a person in UK. how should i prepare the attorney
1. should i take stamp paper from here and then send to UK for her signatures and attestation OR
2. she should purchase paper from there and then sign and get attested and then send back to me.
please advice

you need to consult a lawyer and he would prepare the attorney and send the same to UK for proper attestation.
