Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Is the deposit of title deeds related to an immovable property forming part of security in repayment of the loan amount is a compulsory document need to be registered in the city of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh towards creation of equitable mortgage? Will it be suffice to create a charge over the immovable property when the title deeds in originals are deposited towards security along with entering into an Agreement in support of the financial transaction? Is the deposit of title deeds a compulsory transaction needs the registration at Hyderabad, Andhra pradesh? Please clarify.

It depends upon the kind of mortagages that you contractually preffer in respect to avail your for loan, and as per the terms & conditions agreed upon by you and Bankers, ok ?
