Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

My name is Dhruv. I have a question related to my father. He is above 60 years old. During his life he just lived on negative path. My mother had taken care of me and my other brother, sister. She sold local things door to door and give us life. My father did not work in his whole life. He always interrupt us when we brought new thins at home like tv, fridge, scooter, bikes, ornaments etc.. He always said that we brought such thins by illegal way. In his whole life, he never understand our feelings. He always forced us to not maintain any relationship with neighbor, friend circle, relatives. He only forced to maintain relationship with his only brother and his family. When we speared our time with our friend, he always make major quarreled with our friend. He make doubt on girls who comes our home for study purpose even her age is 12 to 15 years lower than me. I am married since last 6 years. But due to social problem, my wife does not live with our family, as she is government employee. In my whole family, only my father favour with my wife. Due to this, my wife and my father are torches us with minor matters. We whole family are now disturbed with nature of my father. He always give us threaten "He will die, He will left House, He will die and write the name of friend circle, neighbor to police station for such suicide."

We hole family are now very disturbed with my father. I want solution for such major question. We whole family are in under pressure with major question relating with my father.

Please help me...
