what is difference between suite for eviction, and suite for ejectment .please clear me ,very soon....

normally there is no difference. Technically speaking, eviction is the term restricted to claim for possession and throwing the tenant out under Rent Control Laws of the state. On the other hand ejectment is claim for possession be it may against tenant or third party claiming through tenant under the Transfer of Property Act.
