Dishonour of Cheque
Sir, Kripa yah bataye pahali baar cheque jama karane bounce ho gaya kai notice nahi diya gaya. doosari baar phir cheque bounce ho gaya koi notice nahi diya gaya. karib chaar manhine baad cheque phir se jama karane par bounce ho gaya tab notice diya gaya tab notice ghar me taala hone par vaapis aa gaya phir notice diya tab phi vaapis aa gaya. cheque bounce ka karan signature differ hai aur bank me sufficient amount hai. kya 138 ka case banega yaa phir nahi. kripaya details me jaankaari dene ki kripa kare. dhanyavaad,

agar aap ko notice diye hue, 45 din ho gaye hai, to ab aap 138 NI Act ka case nahi file kar sakte. But aap ki recovery fir bhi ho sakti hai, civil aur criminal case file kar ke.

you can deposit the cheque as many times as you like within six months of its date.
on getting bounced you can give a notice to the person and if refused or found locked even then you can file a complaint.
you can issue another notice if you are sure that he has not recieved the notice and then file a complaint.
even if the dishonour is because of the signature difference you can file the complaint.
try some alternative methods... ask personally from your lawyer.

aap case daal sakte hain. aap crminal aur civil case dono karana behtar hain. vakil ki salaha le.

Aap cheque ko 6 mehine me kabhi bhi bank mein dal sakte hai or agar cheque bounce ho jata hai chahe kisi bhi karan se to notice de kar comlaint dal sakte hai. kisi vakil se salah kare.
