No . A document which may be 30 years old cannot be considered indisputable under the Evidence Act, if its validity is questioned . Age of a document has nothing to do with the validity or otherwise of a document. If the validity of the document is questioned in a court of law, you will have to prove that the document is validly executed, subsisting and binding upon the parties thereto . thks shantarao associates Safdarjung Enclave 09920563943 011 26173648
