so u can try first the quashing if thats not done u left with no option just to defend

quashing depends on case to case facts and evidences lead with them

once u done with that u can charge them for filing false cases

so u need to consult a lawyer

If you get your matter quashed from the court or win it then you can file a suit for damages against him or her for filing false case against you.
